What this site collects, which is very little
A short notice, because the honest version is short.
Analytics
Analytics has run on this site since 16 September 2026, through a tag manager. It records page views: the page, the referrer, the country and the device type, and it may tell a returning reader from a new one. It does not follow you to unrelated sites, it does not build an advertising audience, and nothing here is sold to anyone.
If you arrive from a link that carries campaign parameters, the site keeps those parameters on your device for up to 90 days so that a form you fill in here can record where you came from. They are sent nowhere until you submit a form, and they are the parameters the link carried, nothing inferred.
The newsletter
The signup form on the home page is hosted for me by the same customer system Mazaya Digital runs on. Subscribing stores your email address there, and your name if you choose to give it. The name fields are optional; the email address is not.
I use that address to send the newsletter. It is not sold, it is not rented, and it is not used to build an advertising audience. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes you off the list.
Contact
If you write to me, I keep the message and your address for as long as the conversation is useful, and I reply from the same address. Nothing else happens to it.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. The analytics may set one, to tell a returning reader from a new one. The newsletter form is a page embedded from another service, so anything it sets belongs to that form rather than to this site, including a check that tells a person from a bot.
Your data
Ask and I will tell you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. The address is on the contact page.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the change is dated here.
