I work on the seams between how a business is found, chosen and run.

I write and speak about business growth, operations and practical AI, and about what happens where they meet. I founded Mazaya Digital, and I created the MOSAIC Six as a framework for connected growth: six parts of a local business working together as one system.

The question I work on

Customers experience one journey. Businesses manage it in parts.

To a customer, finding you, choosing you, getting a response, booking and coming back are all part of the same experience. Inside the business, those moments often belong to different people, tools or processes. A problem can sit within any one of them or appear when one passes the customer to the next. Seeing the journey as a whole makes it easier to find where things are breaking down.

  1. Find

Search or a recommendation brings them to you.

  2. Choose

They decide whether you are the right fit.

  3. Inquire

They call, submit a form or send a message.

  4. Book

A time or next step is agreed.

  5. Deliver

    You complete the work.

  6. Pay

The invoice is sent and settled.

  7. Return

They come back, leave a review or refer someone else.

Problems can appear within any stage or between two stages. The task is to find where the journey stops working as it should.

The body of work

MOSAIC Six™

Six connected pillars cover how a business is found and chosen, how customers move from inquiry to payment, and what brings them back. It prescribes the structure and the connections, not the tools. It helps you find a weak pillar, a broken connection, or both.

  1. M, Market Visibility. The right people can find you.

  2. O, Offer Design. They have a reason to choose you.

  3. S, Systems. Every inquiry has an owner and a next step.

  4. A, Automation & AI. Routine work happens reliably without being done by hand.

  5. I, Insights. You can see what is working, with evidence you can inspect.

  6. C, Customer Continuity. Customers come back and recommend you.

The last step feeds the first. Reviews and referrals bring the next customers in, so a business that keeps the customers it has spends less winning the ones it does not.

Why I see it this way

Four disciplines, practiced on one problem

I have worked across four disciplines that are usually practiced apart. Engineering judges a system by whether it holds, never solely by whether its parts were sound. Digital transformation makes technology answer to the business rather than lead it. Strategy and operations hold a plan to what a team can execute. Local businesses are often sold growth one piece at a time, so I created the MOSAIC Six: a framework for connecting the six parts of local business growth, including the handoffs between them, into one system.
